Enhancements

1. Irreversible adsorption now available for polymer model.
2. Do not eco the BACKFLOW warning whenеКSURVEILLANCE=ON.
3. Allow the keywordеКSTARTDATEеКto also appear afterеКTIME=0.

Bug Fixes

1. If adding a new well with the TYPE= option after the WELLS list, 3DSL gave an incorrect error message if the new well had multiple lines of text.
2. Wells with production defined but with no open gridblocks were ignored regardless of WELLNOBLKS=T or F.
3. Check if any INCLUDE= file has a zero file size so that 3DSL does not hang when trying to read the file.
