Enhancements

1. A GRID Section transmissibility multipliers is now allowed after TIME=0 section.
2. Added the GRIDUNIT keyword to the .SLNSPEC format to visualize streamlines in Petrel when the MAPAXES is not at 0,0.
3. If two open wells overlap a gridblock completion, shut in the completion of the well that has more remaining open completions, rather than more total completions.

Bug Fixes

1. Added check if OMEGA is not specified when MODEL=FCM.
2. Do not allow IMPES timestepping with SURVEILLANCE=ON.
3. Fix streamline coordinates for visualization when the cpg grid is rotated and the rotation of the grid is not aligned with the MAPAXES rotation.
4. Removed check for twisted cells in I & J direction so as to handle grids that have their I & J axes reversed.еК Only check for twisted cells in K dir and set cell to inactive if twisted.
5. Gridcells that were tagged with open boundaries were not reopening in successive timesteps if closed in previous timesteps due to an active well in the same gridcell.
