Enhancements

1. Support the CSTAT keyword when reading .INIT files generated by GigaPowers.
2. Upgraded SAMG solver to v28a1.

Bug Fixes

1. When computing face overlap areas for cpg grids, sometimes a connection was created across faces that were perfectly aligned with top of one face matching the bottom of the adjacent face.еК This has been fixed and can result in fewer non-neighbor connections than in the previous 3DSL versions.
2. When extracting streamlines from Intersect runs, sometime a well sandface rate would show a large spike in the rate. This was a bug was related to reading the .RFT file.
