Enhancements
- The historical flow rates allocated to/from boundary and far-field connections are set to zero when output to the .WAF or .SLBUN files. This means that inj/prd at boundaries and far-field connections will show as zero in the IE-plot per-pattern plots in studioSL.
- When converting a .SCH file to a .3dslrec file, write 'SHUT' if historical well rates are no longer supplied for an open well.
- When using the ECLIPSERST= keyword, catch if the .UNRST file does not have a 0 timestep.
Bug Fixes
- SFIP??? keywords contained saturations rather than volumes when SURVEILLANCE=ON for the 0 timestep.
- Now read the DZNET keword if present in ECLIPSEEGRID= .INIT file.
- Bug when read KRO3 keyword.
