Bug Fixes

1. For SURVEILLANCE=ON models the simulated GOR for a producer cannot drop below RS.

Enhancements

1. For SURVEILLANCE=ON runs, material balance calculations are no longer applied to aquifer gridcells. This reduces smearing of aquifer into the oil zone but may increase overall material balance errors.
2. For compressible PVT flow simulations, when a well is put on a phase rate control (for example SORAT) or BHP control the well is always set at the equivalent total reservoir rate control during the streamline transport step. This reduces material balance errors but phase rate control matches cannot be guaranteed.
