Bug Fixes

1. Resrvoir phase pore volumes assigned to boundaries were not being output correctly.
2. The number of gridblock connections written to the .wcc file for boundaries was limited to 99999. Now extended to 9999999.

Enhancements

1. When forecasting a surveillance run, check if the forecast model for each well is ok.  If not, 3DSL issues a warning and does not allow the well’s rate control to change from its last value defined prior to the restart forecast time.
2. Changed how RLM licenses are initialized when 3DSL first checks for valid licenses.
