Enhancements

1. Added keyword NZSUBGRID to control the number of depth points to use in a gridblock when computing the initial saturation of each gridblock.
2. Keyword NODESMIN has been reinstated to control resolution along streamlines in conjunction with NODESMAX. See the Technical Appendix for more information.
3. Optimizations when SURVEILLANCE=ON and OMPTHREADSAFE=ON to reduce runtimes.

Bug Fixes

1. Injectors with PLTs did not match their total HISTWAT or RTRAT or STRAT if a completion layer of the injector was shutin due to overlap with another active well.  Now the total rate will match, but the layer PLTs may be different than the input PLTs.
2. Fixed output frequency setting -2 for grid properties. Previously not always outputting at the inserted “TIME=” entries.
3. Fixed bug when SURVEILLANCE=ON and OMPTHREADSAFE=ON as forecast results were not always repeatable (threadsafe).
