Well Data Import Tool

• Fixed bug with well type conversion.
• Fixed bug when combining an "open" and a "close below" event.

3D Viewer

• Added test for OpenGL/JOGL in Tools -> Options -> System -> 3D Display.

• Remembering the Z scaling when switching between runs.
• Fixed bug for time dependent variables not displaying when timesteps are much smaller than 1 day.
