Grid Builder

• Fix "Preview Grid & Wells" not showing wells, when initializing XY well extent from .zmap after a previous initialization with a .3dslrec file.
• Fix faults file written even when no faults are selected.
• Fix GridBuilder missing a "Remove" button for "Properties" and "Integer Properties" tabs.

• Fix support to Shapefiles without internal coordinate reference system, defaulting to the unit system of the current 3D scene.
• Fix error when reading empty NNC data.
• Add checkbox to show/hide picked grid block volume values.
• Fix bug with undefined value for ECLIPSE restart phases keywords.
• Set default point size for property .zmap files annotations to 10 pixels and hide wireframe geometry.

• Fix reading RECURRENT section and all .3dslrec files, now properly concatenated.

Reprise License Manager

• Fix address of the default webserver administration panel to use the current host.

• Fix deadlock happening randomly in the Welcome Page with the new browser component.
