studioSL starting up

• If your IT policy was preventing studioSL from starting due to a temporary exe created, this patch will help. 
• Removed code in GlueGen library (used by JOGL and Java 3D), which needed to run an executable in the system temporary folder.

Well Data Import Tool

• Auto-name the file, for example "1999.0101-ann-2020.0401-mon-2024.0515.3dslrec"  based on start/end dates when creating the .3dslrec file.
• Generate a warning if a 'YYYY00' date (only the year and '00' for month) is found in a geoSCOUT production/injection file as studioSL does not support it yet.
• Fix bug ignoring wells if one leg of the path is missing.
• Fix logic to overwrite existing .3dslrec files.
• Fix 'Stop' button behavior.
• Fix bug when reading incorrect well formatted Excel file.

Export Run, GridBuilder, .3dslrec

• Do not rename the 3DSL input/output files when zipping a 3DSL node.
• Refactor code to be consistent between Export Run and Export GridBuilder.
• Add GOCAD secondary files of .sgrid include file when exporting.
• Add Export action to .3dslrec file, to copy/move/zip/upload all related files as well.
• Fix consistency between export single run and multiple runs.
• Improve remembering of default export directory.

3D Viewer

• Add BLKNUM column in grid block picking toolpanel.
