1. Improved general performance for loading Java classes.
2. Extracted HDF5 JavaCPP-based native libraries to spare some initialization time.

Plot 2D

1. The Field/Wells Plot action now loads the field results much faster.
2. List Only Open Wells at End Time / at Any Time action now only reads the .SMSPEC/.UNSMRY file for better performance.

Well Data Import Tool

1. Fixed regression that was skipping the whole line in .csv file even when some entry was missing.

floodOPT

1. Includes v2020.0615 executable.
2. Bug fix.  If the allocation factors were based on a compressible simulation run, floodopt would sometimes crash if there was a pattern with more than 100 children. 
3. Bug fix.  If only a gas injection field rate target was set, it was not properly applied to the updated individual well injection targets.
