3DSL Enhancements

1. Modified the bulk volume calculation for CPG cells to be identical to studioSL and to Eclispe 100 (See the section CPG Grids – Porevolume Calculation for details).  Note that 3DSL only computes the bulk volume for gridcells if the PORV keyword is not present in a .INIT file.

3DSL Bug Fixes

1. If a producer on historical liquid control only had HISTGAS= defined as non-zero, then 3DSL would issue a warning and shut the well in.  However, the final production rates were not zeroed out properly on output, although the well was properly shut in.
2. Wells in isolated zones were sometimes incorrectly detected as open boundaries to these zones were shut during a previous timestep and not reset to open at the start of a new timestep.
3. On Windows OS, if more than 1.1 million streamlines traced during a timestep and running on multiple threads, 3DSL would sometimes issue a stack memory error while tracing streamlines.
