Enhancements

1. Added support for setting liquid reservoir constraint in Reservoir Targets panel.
2. Support to import max/min well constraints as surface liquid for producers and surface total for injectors in addition to total reservoir rate when using a CSV file.
3. Improvement in output to .eco file of injection/production numbers associated with optimization steps in floodOPT.

Bug Fixes

• Now supports writing RATE and BHP controls and associated limits for injectors and producers when writing to .3dslrec/.SCH/.ixf/.psimrec files.
• Oil and gas injection tolerances in old "Other Settings" section have been deprecated. floodopt will now ignore any injection volumes that may occur due to backflow at producer wells, issue a warning instead, and use the well(s) in the target rate calculations.

Enhancements

1. Linked to RLM12.22 libraries
2. Allow the use of a relative path if running floodopt from the command-line.
3. Close all files once floodopt is finished running.

The floodopt exe is now 'signed' to avoid being quarantined by virus scanners.
